I want to start our blog post with why we are here. We as a team believe that every child deserves a healthy, Storybook Smile. We believe that every child should grow up with a positive experience of the dentist and graduate our practice with a desire for a lifetime of oral health.
Going to the dentist as a child I was scared. Scared of the sights of dental instruments, the sounds of the drill, and the smell of materials. But I know from experience that dentistry doesn’t have to be that way. That’s why we strive every day to make every visit to our office as fun as possible. From iPads in our kids corner, to the latest family friendly movies playing overhead in our themed Storybook rooms, to so much more! Every aspect of our office is designed for you and your child to have the best experience possible. Simply put, we exist to make dentistry fun.
However, there’s one more thing. I realized in college that I can’t live this life on my own. It was there that I committed my life to serving Jesus in everything that I do. That commitment has played out in various ways. One of the most impactful to me has been the dental mission trips to serve children in Guatemala that I’ve been a part of over the past few years. At the beginning of the video, I spoke about my belief that every child deserves a heathy, Storybook Smile. That’s why I’m committing to you that a portion of our profits will go towards providing care for children in need. So every time you visit us, you have a hand in helping children right here in East Texas as well as children living outside of the United States.
